The Tummy Tuck box includes
The Tummy Belt, Thermal Accelerator, Quick Start Guide DVD, and measuring tape.
I really tried to give this a fair shot, but I ended up hurting my arm which gave me the problem of NOT being able to pull the tummy belt up for about 3 weeks. So I only really got about 10 good days of using Tummy Tuck. The Tummy belt comes in different sizes, I am a size 2.
How to Start with the Tummy Tuck Belt
Step 1
Using the Tummy Tuck is quite simple. You first measure your waist so you can keep track if you are loosing and how many inches you did loose. My measurement when I started was 36 inches! I can’t wait to see how my tummy looks without surgery, check out these tummy tuck surgery before and after photos.
Step 2
Apply a marble sized amount of the Thermal Acceleerator on your ‘Tummy” and love handles, then slide the belt on! I warn you that putting it over your head is NOT the way to go! I tried it and was home by myself, luckily I realized it wasn’t going to work before I got it too far down. I put it on feet first! I also treat it like a pair of panty hose. I grab all of it and pull up. Much easier.
Now the first time I pulled the belt up, I really thought I had the wrong size. I got the belt as far as my hips and was ready to give up because I had the wrong size! LOL Checked the belt, it said a size 2! Remember it does stretch, and the second time is much easier than the first.
Step 3
Do a 2 minute exercise which is basically sucking in your abs for 15 seconds, taking a 5 second breath and then repeating the exercise. You do 6 of the ab workouts. Then you wear the belt for 8 more minutes and you can take it off or leave it on. I choose to leave mine on, then I repeat the exercise again before taking it off. According to the guide, you should do the exercise twice a day!
Does the Tummy Tuck Belt actually work?
For the past week and 3 days I’ve used the Tummy Tuck belt and I have actually lost 2 inches! I measured myself this morning before putting the belt on again. I have to say, I am very impressed! I am at 34 inches and I have at least 4 more to go! I’d love to get to that 24 inches I use to be, but somehow I doubt I can get there! LOL
