What can you Cook in a MultiPot?
You can cook just about EVERYTHING in the Mealthy MultiPot. It has 14 EASY-TOUCH COOKING PROGRAMS: Poultry, Meat/Stew, Bean/Chili, Soup, Sauté/Simmer, Cake, Rice, Multigrain, Porridge, Steam, Slow Cook, Keep Warm, Yogurt, and Pressure Cook (manual setting).
The other night I made chicken and gravy for dinner and my family loved it, including my husband and son in law! Hubby is picky with how chicken is cooked and son-in-law is just a picky eater, 🙂 Recipe is below.

About the Mealthy MultiPot
The Mealthy MultiPot has a sleek design and comes with all that you need to get started, a measuring cup, rice paddle, soup ladle, steamer basket, steam rack, oven mitts, a recipe booklet and an extra gasket. The gasket is the ring that allows the top to seal.
For those of you who like to make savory dishes like chili and also sweet dishes like cheesecake, you will want two gaskets – one for the savory dishes and one for the sweets. You don’t want your cheesecake to taste like seasoning!
NOTE: When you are using Saute do not put the lid on!
I had 8 chicken thighs I took the skin off (you can use any chicken you want, however it is better to use skinless).
Chicken and Gravy Recipe
Season Chicken pieces.
Add olive oil (enough to cover bottom of pot).
Add chicken (depending on size, I could only cook 4 at a time).
Put multipot on Saute and cook chicken on Saute setting for 6 minutes on each side. That’s a total of 12 minutes for 4 thighs.
After chicken is cooked, and all pieces are added back to the multipot, add gravy. Again this depends on how many pieces of chicken you are cooking, for 8 thighs I used 2 cans of chicken gravy.
Lock Multipot lid in place and turn steam vent handle to sealing and select poultry. Set according to chicken cooking instructions (thighs were 20 minutes).
Turn vent handle to Venting when cooking time is up. This quickly releases the pressure.
When the pressure is finished, remove lid and serve.
Total time cooking was 44 minutes, but that was because I had big pieces of chicken, otherwise it would have been 24 minutes. The Mealthy Multipot is quick and easy with healthy recipes that the whole family will love.
