I’m a Gramma to a beautiful, funny, smart little girl who was born in July of 2014. She’s the joy of my family and I’m so very proud to be a gramma (an alternate spelling for grandma)! I am a coffee, music, movie and outdoor lover! My family and I love picnics, festivals and concerts. Spending time with my family is the best part of my life. I love my job as well! Blogging and product reviewing has given my family and I a lot and I have also learned a lot and made a lot of friends.
My favorite holiday tradition is the entire family meeting at my parent’s home Christmas Eve for a gift exchange and great meal!
we make a big batch of chex mix every year
My favorite tradition is having my moms home made spahetti for dinner on Christmas Eve.
when my grandmother was alive and the big spreads of food she made for everyone
KENNETH OHL recently posted…3D Light FX Deco Light #Giveaway!
My favorite holiday tradition is decorating our tree and drinking hot chocolate.
My favorite holiday tradition is decorating our tree together.
Myf av holiday tradition is to open pajamas on xmas eve.
We invite friends and family over for Christmas Eve and then go to church at midnight.
We have an advent calendar with fun activities.
My favorite tradition is watching the parades on Thanksgiving day.
Christmas morning – holiday music and cinnamon rolls baking while we open our socks.
We have an early dinner, then the guys watch Football in the living room while the girls and kids play cards and games in the family room while we watch DVDs.
Our tradition is related more to Christmas, but we make sugar cookie cutouts for Santa, and the kids each decorate their own cookies. They enjoy it, and it is one time when they are helping in the kitchen that they are actually helping!!
My favorite tradition is being in the kitchen with the women of my family and cooking our meal.
Watching Prancer with my boys every Christmas and having hot chocolate and cookies.
We have such a big family but still want to exchange gifts. Each year, we pick a letter from our family name and bring a gift that starts with it. This year is ‘S’… It`s fun to see the gifts that are given.
That’s a fantastic idea! It’s inexpensive for the whole family to fun.
One of my favorite things is that my grandma always had bubble lights on her tree.
I’ve never heard of bubble lights. We have had the same pair of lights for 20 years! We love them LOL You can adjust them to 8 different ways at least I think it’s 8, could be more or less LOL I don’t like the busy modes.
My favorite holiday tradition is putting up the Christmas tree on Thanksgiving day!
WOW! That’s a little early for me. Our tree goes up by Dec 10th, however the house will be decorated by December 1st if not by the weekend after Thanksgiving 🙂
My favorite tradition was when I was a child my family always had a big family meal with a lot of people.
We love getting together for a wonderful meal with the whole family. Everyone makes a special dish to share.
I know it sounds silly but I always have to have peas and carrots as a veg because my Mom always did that.
Not silly at all! I have to have LeSure Peas, my mom bought them every year, they are expensive any other time of the year, but for the Holidays they go on sale $1 a can and I buy several! LOL
That we all prepare a dish to share on Thanksgiving, makes everyone feel like they are a part of the days meal.
