As you all know by now, my daughter is expecting her first child and she has decided that she wants to try to breast feed. I know breast feeding is healthier to formula, but my daughter was formula fed and I ran into the same problems 31 years ago that she will run into now, expiring milk! That is why when I found the company Eepples, I contacted them for a review of their milkcharm.
Freezing breast milk is easy, you just put the milk in a bag and write the date it was pumped on the handy label. However, bottles in the fridge still needs to be labeled so you know how old they are. You can do it with tape, but if you don’t have that, then you just have to write it on a piece of paper and tape it to the bottle, all of which are not too convenient.
MilkCharms are designed to help you easily label, track, and organize your breast milk supply. A wonderful reusable alternative to tape and pen or sticky notes that smear and fall off. You just dial in the day and time, hang it on your bottle, put it in the fridge and forget about it. They are also great for storing milk at room temperature or storing formula in the fridge. I always love when a company has great customer service, and Eepples really does!
Eepples is also committed to producing products with as small of an impact on our environment as possible. Take a look at their ‘being green’ page. it’s always nice to see companies trying to reduce their environmental impact as much as possible.
